i find the staff accommodating. the on-site leisure facilities were available for early use before check-in. several little cafes around area was nice. the room i got was cozy.
finding the right part of the hotel was difficult. i was met with a dismissive attitude at the desk. going back and forth to find the right place was not enjoyable.

The room was clean (I had a standard king room) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a buffet with vast choices.
The signage was not very clear, making it slightly difficult to find the specific building within the resort.

Breakfast offered fresh, well-prepared choices, though selection could be wider. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. I liked the easy access to the pool facilities and the convenient location near the town.
The wi-fi signal in my room was occasionally unreliable.
